We - Maria Montesino and Luico Gonzáles - are a couple with a common project: to raise organic cattle in extensive farming in order to offer the best quality of free-grazing meat to the people who trust us. We are fully aware that eating healthy does not have to be a luxury, but must be a right, so we are committed to organic livestock at a fair price. We want to recover a sustainable relationship with the environment and offer you a food that preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the best high mountain meat.
